摘　　要：目的:为建立来自食物的碳水化合物质量与降糖药物剂量的对应关系,开展食源性血糖质量计算装置研究。方法:以《中国食物成分表(2012版)》为依据构建计算模型,以单片机计算与控制技术为核心,围绕食物名称输入或食品名称建立以及质量称重进行硬件设计,并以运行流畅、操作简便、食物名称即点即得为原则编写控制程序。结果:经初步试验,该设备能完成食源性血糖质量计算任务。结论:食源性血糖质量计算装置对于建立糖量与药量的对应关系、提高血糖控制精度具有十分重要的意义。Objective To develop a calculation apparatus for food-originated glucose mass to determine the relationship between food glucose mass and drug dosage for glycemic control. Methods The calculation model was constructed based on China Food Composition Table（2012）, and MCU control technology was used for hardware design focusing on food name input and mass weighing. The principles of smooth running and one-click operation were adopted for programming.Results The apparatus realized the calculation of food-originated glucose mass. Conclusion The apparatus can establish the corresponding relationship between drug dosage and glucose mass, and thus is of great significance for enhancing glucose control accuracy.
