摘　　要：阐述皮划艇采用小周期训练的目的,举例说明冬训小周期训练原则和模式、手段,从训练实践出发,提出冬训小周期训练中应该注意的几个问题。This paper describes the canoe using small training period, illustrates the winter cycle training principles and patterns, means. It points out the problems that should be paid attention to in the winter training of the small circle from the training practice.
