摘　　要：在主要阐述产业融合概念的基础上,介绍了产业融合的三种不同形式以及新时期背景下产业融合的突出特点。通过产业交叉、产业渗透、产业重组方式下产生的银行业的新型模式,分析他们之间的相同点与不同点。综合这些内容的分析能够体现新信息条件下银行业随着科技的发展和互联网技术运用所产生的新表现模式。This paper describes the concept of integration through the industry,also introduces three different forms of industrial integration and the salient features of the new era of industrial integration.By cross-industry,industry penetration,industrial restructuring,the new Banking is produced from the three models.analyzes similarities and differences among them,those elements to reflect the new performance mode of the banking sector with the development of information and Internet technologies arising from the use of technology.
