集体无意识及其对技术、资本主体的影响辨析

摘　　要：集体无意识是一种深层次的无意识,其存在完全源自于遗传。它具有普遍性、潜在性、强制性和不确定性等特征。集体的认同感、从众性、暗示作用以及外界对原型的刺激条件是集体无意识得以复演的现实机制。当今医学中的技术与资本主体化倾向及其引发的负面结果,是一种典型的集体无意识反应,并形成了有组织而无意识的不负责任行为。因此,当今医学转型发展和整合进程中,务必认识集体无意识对临床医疗的双重影响作用,以正向刺激唤醒临床医学中的集体无意识,从而规避其对医学发展的阻碍作用。Collective unconsciousness, with the features of universality, potentiality, enforceability and uncertainty, is a kind of deep unconsciousness rooted in genetic inheritance. The mechanisms for repetition of collective unconscious are collective identity, conformity, suggesting effects and the prototype stimulation of external factors. The subjectification of technology and capital and the negative results are typical reactions of collective unconsciousness, which develop irresponsible behaviors under the organized and unconsciousness conditions. Therefore, in the process of today＇s medical transformation and integration, it is necessary to understand the dual effects of collective unconsciousness on clinical medicine, to awaken collective unconsciousness in clinical medicine by positive stimulation, and to avoid its negative effects on the development of medicine.
