摘　　要：循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)是指自发或因诊疗操作由实体瘤或转移灶释放进入外周血循环的肿瘤细胞。CTCs的临床应用对实体恶性肿瘤的准确监测和疗效观察提供了一种无创性新方法。尽管前列腺癌的具体病因和发病机制尚不完全清楚,但CTCs作为患者出现术后复发及远处转移的重要因素,在前列腺癌的早期诊断、疗效监测和预后评估及指导个体化治疗中具有重要的临床意义。Circulating tumor cells（CTCs） refer to the tumor cells that get into peripheral blood circulation spontaneously or along with some operations for diagnosis and treatment. The clinical application of CTCs provides a non-invasive method for accurate monitoring and clinical observation in prostate cancer. Though the exact pathogen of prostate cancer is unclear, CTCs is an important factor of recurrence and distant metas- tasis, which has an important clinical significance for early diagnosis, monitoring, prognosis evaluation and guiding individualized treatment.
