摘  要:目的评价X线交叉互补修复基因1(XRCC1)Arg280His位点基因多态性与肝细胞癌(HCC)发病风险的关联性。方法检索PubMed、EMABSE及中国知网等数据库,收集关于XRCC1 Arg280His基因多态性与HCC易患性的病例对照研究,提取数据进行Meta分析。以病例组及对照组XRCC1 Arg280His基因型分布的比值比(OR)为效应指标,计算合并OR值及其95%置信区间(CI)。结果共7篇文献符合纳入标准,累计病例1448例,对照1529例。Arg/Arg基因型与His/His基因型比较的OR=0.69(95%CI 0.47~1.01,P=0.05)。而Arg/Arg基因型与Arg/His+His/His基因型比较的OR=0.78(95%CI 0.52~1.17,P=0.24)。Arg-allele与His—allele比较的OR=0.74(95%CI 0.52~1.04,P=0.09)。结论XRCC1 Arg280His位点基因多态性可能不参与HCC的发生。Objective To explore the association between X-ray repair cress-complementing group 1 ( XRCC1 ) Arg280His polymorphism and risk of hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC ). Methods PubMed. EMBASE and the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure databases were systematically searched to iden tify relevant studies. Odds ratios (ORs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were used to assess the strength of the association. Results Altogether 7 studies were included in the meta-analysis,involving 1448 cases and 1529 controls. The XRCC1 Arg280His polymorphism were not significantly associated with increasing or decreasing risk of HCC ( Arg-allele vs His-allele : OR = 0.74,95% CI 0. 52-1.04, P = 0. 09 ; Arg/Arg vs His/His: OR = 0. 69,95 % CI 0. 47-1.01, P = 0. 05 ; Arg/Arg vs Arg/His + His/His : OR = 0. 78,95 % CI 0. 52-1.17 ,P =0.24). Conclusion XRCC1 Arg280His polymorphism may not be involved in HCC.
