摘　　要：在经济全球化的现实背景下,代工企业要想获得长足发展,关键在于实现技术创新。然而,随着网络化生产经营模式的不断发展,企业网络能力的重要性愈加突显。通过理论分析,以代工企业为研究对象,构建网络能力、知识转移和技术创新三者间关系的理论模型,并以浙江省内的代工企业为调查对象进行实证研究。结果发现:网络能力对知识转移和技术创新均具有显著的正向影响,且知识转移在网络能力和技术创新之间起部分中介作用。Under the background of the economic globalization, if OEM enterprises want to develop, the key lies in the technological innovation. However, with the continuous development of networked production mode, network capability is becoming more and more important. Through theoretical analysis, this paper, taking the OEM enterprises as the research object, constructs a theoretical model of the relationship of network capability, knowledge transfer and technological innova- tion, and then makes an empirical study in Zhejiang Province. The results showed that： network capability has a significant positive impact on knowledge transfer and technological innovation, and knowledge transfer plays a partial mediating role between network capacity and technological innovation.
