摘 要:在新型国际分工背景下,生产者服务贸易的发展引人注目,生产者服务贸易的竞争力也成为国际竞争力的指标之一。从技术含量视角出发,并结合传统的TC指数、RCA指数对中国生产者服务贸易的竞争力做多层次分析,研究发现,中国生产者服务贸易竞争力非常弱,十年来几乎没有提升趋势,技术含量低是其竞争力差的主要原因。我国应重视生产者服务贸易"质"的发展,优化生产者服务贸易技术结构,提升生产者服务贸易的竞争力。In the context of the new international division of labor , the development of producer services trade is compel- ling, and the competitiveness of Chinese producer service trade has become one of the indicators of international competi- tiveness . Starting from the perspective of technology content, combined with the TC index and RCA index, this paper ana- lyzed the competitiveness of service trade. The study found that Chinese producers of services trade competitiveness is very weak, and the low -tech is the main reason for poor competitiveness. Theretore, China should attach importance to the " quality" of the development of producer services trade, and optimize the structure of producer services trade to enhance the competitiveness.
