摘　　要：新能源产业是促进我国经济发展、推动经济结构优化升级的重要领域。在世界经济新常态下,经济增长乏力、贸易摩擦频发,新能源产业安全面临严峻挑战。从政策体系、创新能力、市场机制等方面深入剖析新能源产业安全存在的问题,在此基础上,从两个维度阐述新能源产业安全的提升方略:其一是产业内涵式发展维度,包括改革体制机制、健全政策法规、提高自主创新能力、加快市场培育等6个方面;其二是产业安全保障维度,涵盖完善产业安全顶层设计、构建预警机制、加快专项立法等内容。New energy industry is an important field in promoting China~ economic development and upgrading economic structure. Under the world economy ＂New Normal＂ situation, the economy grows slowly and the trade friction happens more frequently. New energy industry security is facing serious challenges now. This paper analyzes the problems of new energy industry security calmly. On this basis, it elaborates the promotion strategies of new energy industry security. The connota- tive development dimensions include six aspects such as reforming systems and mechanisms, perfecting policies and regula- tions, enhancing the capability of independent innovation and accelerating the market cultivation. The maintenance dimen- sion covers completing top desigu, the early warning mechanism and the special legislation of new energy industry security. The results which help promote the healthy development of Chinag new energy industry, have practical significance to a cer- tain degree.
