摘　　要：通过构建高校科技创新团队持续创新能力评价指标体系,进一步从新的角度提出基于灰色理论和证据理论的高校科技创新团队持续创新能力的群评价方法,最后以某高校科技创新团队为例说明该方法的可行性和实用性。The evaluation index system of continuous innovation ability in the university science and technology innovation team is constructed on the foundation of researching and analyzing its connotation. A group evaluation method based on Grey Theory and Evidence Theory is proposed according to the characteristic that much evaluation information is difficult to accurately measure and completely express in the evaluation process. And the feasibility and practicality of the method is il- lustrated by combining numerical example.
