摘 要:文章认为明清统治者根据藏区的历史实践经验和社会现实情况,以"政教合一"作为藏区土司政治体制的基本模式,构建了藏区土司地区的一种集权统治网络。并以此研究了明清时期藏区土司地区政教舍一制的建构、类型、特点及其政治功能,认为无论何种形式的政教合一制,都体现了封建统治者以政护教、用教护政的基本原则处理政教关系,从而反映出藏区土司制度的一个主要特点。这种政教合一制的政治模式,对于土司和藏传佛教寺院的发展,可以说是一个双赢的模式,土司利用寺院增强了其统治,寺院则在土司扶植下不断壮大,推动了自身的发展,增强了其在老百姓中的政治和社会威望。The article thinks that rulers of Ming and Qing Dynasties regard "Theocracy-system " as a basic political system of the Tibetan Chieftains mode,build a network of the Tibetan Chieftains authoritarian rule areas according to Tibetan historical experiences and social realities;and through it to study the construction of Tibetan Chieftains areas' theocratic system in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the type,characteristics and features of theocratic system,it argues that no matter what form of theocratic system of the Tibetan Chieftains areas all reflects the feudal rulers to deal with the church-state relations with the basic principles of political education and with the teaching of nursing,which also reflects a system of the main features of the Tibetan Chieftains.This theocratic system of political model can be a win-win model for the development of toast and Tibetan Buddhist monasteries,toast utilize monastery enhances its ruling,the monastery is not only gaining expansion in the support of toast,but also contributes to the development of teaching,and enhances the political and social prestige among people.
