摘  要:创建和谐社会需要多元人才观,多元智能理论倡导学生的和谐发展,教育者要尽可能创设适应学生优势智能结构发展的条件,使每个学生都能成才。剑桥少儿英语为多元智力教学法的实施提供了有力的保障,它所蕴含的丰富资源让教师可以充分尊重每个学生的智力特点、学习类型和学习方法,并针对不同学生的特点设计多种教学活动,创造更多机会去发现孩子们的兴趣或具有潜力的优势领域,进而达到开发和提高他们潜能的目的。Building a harmonious society requires a diverse conception of personnel. The theory of Multiple Intelligences initiates the harmonious development of students. Teachers should supply suitable conditions for the development of students' advantages of intelligent structure so that every student can succeed. CYLE (Cambridge Young Learners English) provides the mighty guarantee for implementing the teaching methods of Multiple Intelligences with rich resources so that teachers can do the following: value every student's intellectual characteristics, learning styles and methods; design teaching activities for different students' characteristics; create more opportunities to discover children's interests or potential advantaged fields so as to develop and improve their potentialities.
