造纸废水生化出水有机物特性及深度处理中去除行为的研究

摘  要:研究了制浆造纸废水生化出水中有机物(Ef OM)的组成和特性,探讨了Ef OM在混凝、均相Fenton、非均相Fenton处理中的去除行为。实验结果表明,Ef OM主要为疏水性物质,特别是疏水酸,无论以CODCr还是UV254表征含量都超过50%,比例最少的为弱疏水物质。三种深度处理技术对疏水性有机物的去除率都较高,而亲水物质的去除率最低,UV254的去除率整体高于CODCr的去除率。In this paper the composition and properties of Ef OM of pulp and paper wastewater were studied and the removal behavior of Ef OM by coagulation、homogeneous Fenton and heterogeneous Fenton process were discussed.Results showed that hydrophobic organic fractions predominated in Ef OM,especially hydrophobic acid with CODCr and UV254,were more than 50%,and transphilics were minimum. Results revealed that three processes presented a good removal efficiency of hydrophobic organic fractions,while a low removal of hydrophilic substance. Meanwhile,the removal rate of UV254 was higher than that of CODCr.
