农村中小学教师工作压力现状及其与抗挫折心理能力的关系研究

摘  要:为了解农村中小学教师工作压力的现状及其与抗挫折心理能力的关系,采用"中小学教师职业压力源量表"和"抗挫折心理能力问卷"对490名农村中小学教师进行调查。结果表明:农村中小学教师总体的工作压力较大;农村中小学教师工作压力总体或相关因子在性别、年龄、学历、婚姻状况和教龄上存在显著差异;农村中小学教师工作压力与抗挫折心理能力之间相关显著,工作压力对抗挫折心理能力有正向预测作用。The goal of this study is to explore teachers' working stress. Teachers' occupational stress scale was employed to investigate 490 teachers from rural primary and secondary schools. The results suggest that teachers in rural primary and secondary schools were under relatively high pressures from work. There is significant difference of working stress, in terms of both aggregate score and dimensional score, according to demographic variables, including gender, age, education, and marital status and teaching years. Moreover, this study also indicates that teachers' stress is positively significantly related to their anti-setback ability.
