摘　　要：近年来,我国水产品产业发展迅速,随着经济社会的不断发展,水产品产业正处于产业转型、格局调整的新阶段。在阐述我国水产品生产、加工、贸易等方面的发展现状及取得成就的基础上,深入分析了水产品产业面临的新机遇、新问题和新挑战,并对产业发展趋势进行了探讨,提出强化生态保护,坚持资源环境与产业发展并重,加强技术创新,提升产业发展的科技支撑能力,建立健全监测预警体系,促进水产品市场平稳运行,坚持"走出去"战略,增强国际竞争力等相关政策建议。In recent years, China＇s aquatic products industry has developed rapidly. With the continuous development of economy and society,aquatic products industry is in a new stage of industry transformation and pattern adjustment. This paper expounds the development status and achievements of aquatic products industry in terms of production,processing and trade,analyzes new opportunities,new problems and new challenges aquatic products industry is faces with and discusses industry development trends. Then we propose to strengthen ecological protection and adhere to pay equal attention to resources and the environment and industrial development,strengthen technological innovation and enhance the ability of science and technology to support the industrial development, establish and improve monitoring and early warning system to promote the smooth operation of aquatic products markets and persist in the＂Going out＂strategy and enhance international competitiveness.
