摘  要:赴英国研修1年,深感英国职业教育在确立学生主体地位,培养学生创新能力方面颇有特色。力图从该校"三段衔接"的人才培养模式的构建、"理实一体"的教学模式的运用、"项目化"教学方法的应用等角度深入阐述其在确立学生主体地位方面的做法及意义。通过分析我国职业教育在培养学生创新能力方面存在的问题和原因,提出了相应的解决措施。The writer feels that the British Vocational Education in the establishment of students' main status, training students innovation ability is quite characteristic after one year study in UK. This paper tries to explain the practice and significance of establishing the status of students from the perspective of the construction of Three Sections of the Connection, the construction of the mode of talents cultivation, the application of Theory and Practice teaching mode, and the application of Project Oriented teaching method. The problems and reasons of Vocational Education in the cultivation of students' innovation ability are analyzed, and the corresponding solving measures are put forward.
