摘  要:无级移动、准确定位、可靠锁止是重型装备位姿调整中的难题,也是导轨与平台移动类重型装备普遍存在的共性问题。基于自主研制的90/180°超大型重载翻转机,制定其组合工作台定位锁止机构设计规范,提出直齿条副扣合与无级移动楔块串联的构型,构建二自由度机械无级准确定位锁止机构;通过集成浮动钳口与自锁楔块构成的卸载机构,实现超大载荷下机构的横向内力转移与平衡;进行锁止机构关键参数、结构分析与工程实现。可为解决重载设备移动导轨类部件的无级定位可靠锁止问题提供技术支持,具有工程应用价值。During adjusting of the heavy-loads equipments, accurately, continuously variable positioning (ACVP) and reliably locking (RL) is a tough issue, which also as a common problem exists in other equip- ments, such as slide guide, moving platform. Based on the independently research of 90/180° super heavy-duty tipper, the design specification of locking device is put forward for positioning large combination worktable. The configuration is presented, which contains with deputy straight rack mesh motion engaging and series wedge continuously variable positioning, A novel 2-DOF mechanical locking mechanism with the function of ACVP is constructed; The unloading mechanism is formed through integrated floating jaws and self-locking wedge. The device should be equilibrating internal force and eliminating load under overpressure. It can provide technical supports for solving the similar issues of ACVP and RL which heavy-duty equipment faced.
