摘　　要：房地产估价行业作为房地产产业链中的一个重要组成部分,对于促进房地产业的健康发展起着举足轻重的作用。然而,近年来房地产估价行业在诚信建设方面暴露出很多问题,严重阻碍了房地产估价行业的正常发展。因此,以房地产估价机构作为研究对象,构建一套科学全面的房地产估价机构诚信评价体系,并运用层次分析法和BP神经网络建立诚信评价模型,以期为房地产估价行业诚信评价提供一种新的思路。Real estate evaluation played a significant role in the healthy problems on integrity construction exi development of the industry. Therefore, author established an all-round and scie institution, as the important part of the industry chain, has development of real estate industry. However, there are many sting in the evaluation institution, which have barried the taking the evaluation institution as the research object, the ntific integrity evaluation model by using AHP in order to offer a new thinking for the integrity evaluation.
