摘　　要：根据新业缘社区居民同质化、社会交往业缘化、社区组织业缘地缘双栖化等特点建立研究假设和理论模型,以"产城一体"、工业化与城镇化"两化"互动条件下形成的新业缘社区为切入点,编制新业缘社区劳动密集型企业员工的社区感量表并进行效度和信度检验,为新型社区治理结构和"两化"互动最优模式的研究提供有用的资料。A research hypothesis and theoretical model is established based on the characteristics of community resident homogenization,karma nature of social interaction and karma and geographical nature of coumminities. This paper edits the measuring scale of sense of community and tests the validity and reliability of the scale. Therefore,it is beneficial to providing reference for the research on the optimal model of new community governance structure as well as the interaction between the industrialization and urbanization.
