摘 要:目的研究环氧树脂E44改性丙烯酸树脂乳液的添加量和核壳设计温度对乳液性能的影响规律。方法采用自由基聚合方法合成环氧树脂E44改性丙烯酸酯乳液,并进行乳液红外、吸水率、干燥性、附着力粒径等方面的性能测试。结果乳液在聚合物薄膜上的附着力随着E44添加量的增加而变强;吸水率随着E44添加量的增加先变差后变好,在添加量(质量分数)为5%时有最低值7.41%;乳液的干燥性会随着E44添加量的不同而变化,无明显规律,但是添加量为5%时干燥性最好。结论环氧树脂E44的添加量为5%。核层设计温度为83℃,壳层设计温度为-11℃时,合成的环氧树脂E44改性丙烯酸酯乳液的粒径为59 nm,吸水率为9.2%,表面张力为35.5 m N/m;乳液的干燥性、稳定性和在聚合物薄膜PVC和PET上的附着力好。This paper studied the influence pattern of the adding content of epoxy resin E44 modified polyacrylate emulsion and the core-shell design temperature on the emulsion performance. The epoxy resin E44 modified polyacrylate emulsion was synthesized by radical polymerization. The performance tests of infrared ray, water absorbance, dryness and adhesive particle size were conducted. The adhesion of the emulsion on the poly film was stronger with the increase of the adding amount of epoxy resin E44. The water absorbance firstly got worse then become better along with the adding of epoxy resin E44 and reached to the lowest value of 7.41% at the adding amount(mass fraction) of 5%. The dryness fluctuated with the adding of epoxy resin E44, showing no obvious patterns. The dryness was the best at the adding amount of 5%. In conclusion, the adding amount of epoxy resin E44 was 5%. The particle size of the synthesized emulsion was 59 nm, the water absorbance was 9.2% and the surface tension was 35.5 m N/m when the design temperatures of core layer and core shell were 83 ℃ and-11 ℃. The emulsion had good dryness, stability and adhesion on the polymer films PVC and PET.
