摘　　要：目的探求科学、合理的医院病案服务利用评价体系并进行评价。方法采用专家咨询法确定病案服务利用的评价指标,并采用模糊层次分析法确定各指标的权重。结果经两轮调查后最终确定的评价体系包含4个一级指标和13个二级指标及其权重系数,且模糊层次分析法所确定的权重更符合实际情况。结论建立病案服务利用评价体系有助于病案管理人员了解服务对象的需求及服务利用目的,有助于掌握不同病案的服务利用情况以及科学评价服务对象,实现病案服务利用效果的最大化。Objective To explore scientific and reasonable evaluation system of medical record service utilization. Method The evaluation index of the medical record service utilization was determined by using the Delphi method, and the weight coefficients of the indexes were determined by using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process （ FAHP ）. Result After two rounds of expert consultation, the evaluation system included four first level indexes and 13 second level indexes. The weight of the indexes using FAHP met the actual circs better. Conclusion The establishment of the evaluation system of medical record service utilization is helpful for medical record managers to understand the needs of service targets and purpose of service utilization, to grasp the service utilization of different medical records, to evaluate scientifically the service subject, and to maximum achieve the effectiveness of medical record service utilization.
