摘　　要：目的建立一套有效的患者安全评价和预警指标体系。方法通过文献分析和医疗投诉案例分析制定患者安全评价指标体系,并运用Delphi法对指标进行筛选。结果两轮专家咨询问卷的回收率均为100%,专家权威程度均大于0.7,除一级指标的结果安全可行性评分无显著性差异外(P﹥0.05),其它指标重要性及可行性评分差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),最终确立患者安全评价指标体系包含3个一级指标,6个二级指标,14个三级指标。结论专家积极性、权威程度及意见协调系数较好,所形成的指标可信度高且符合医院实际情况,为改进医疗质量提供了参考。Objective To establish a set of effective patient safety evaluation and early warning index system. Method The patient safety evaluation index system was established by using medical complaint case analysis and literature review, and was screened by Delphi method. Result The response rates of two round experts consultations were 100%, the experts＇authority level were greater than 0.7. Except no significant difference was found for the score of security index （ P 〉 0.05 ）, the difference on importance and feasibility scores of other indicators had statistically significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The evaluation index system of patients safety was finally established, which included three first- level indicators, six secondary indicators, 14 tertiary indicators. Conclusion The enthusiasm, authority and opinions concordance coefficient of experts were good, which made the index more credible and in accord with hospital reality, and provided reference for improvement of medical quality.
