摘  要:触摸屏近几年被广泛的应用于汽车多媒体系统中,作为汽车档次和厂家形象的象征,其地位越来越重要。其本身由LCD显示屏和触摸屏两部分组成。触摸屏再生产过程中由于安装等原因会发生一定的误差如旋转或平移等,如果不进行校准,就会出现响应错误的情况。屏幕校准汽车多媒体生产厂必要的生产步骤。论文根据生产的需要,使用PLC智能相机及机械手,设计了一种能够自动对屏幕进行校准的自动化设备。Touch screen technology is used in multi-media products more and more as it get cheaper in recent years. It can be a symbol of product level and behavior of vehicle companies. It have two parts, one is touch screen, the other is display crean. But when installation, due to many reasons such as moving or rotation, the touch screen input axis value doesn't response to the right display axis which are really touched. So during production, multi-media product factories need to calibrate their products. Based on this requirements, a system which use robots and PLC and Camera was developed to automate this process.
