摘　　要：本文从移动互联时代的特点出发,分析了网络教学资源现状,探讨了当前混合式教学中教学资源建设存在的主要问题,并提出了加快教学微单元库建设、网络资源建设标准化、强化教师技能培训等促进高校网络教学资源建设的措施。According to the characteristics of mobile internet era,the paper analyzes the current situation of network teaching resources,as well as some problems of network teaching resources construction,and then gives some advises on how to improve the construction of university network resources,such as accelerating the construction of micro unit of teaching,strengthening the training of teachers＇ educational technology,etc.
