摘  要:针对浓海水滩晒制盐过程中盐滩进水浓度的提高,对滩晒制盐工艺进行了设计。计算结果表明,采用六步制卤工艺,调整蒸结比,增加保卤设施和结晶面积,解决了浓海水九步制卤工艺中存在的主要问题,提高了浓海水滩晒制盐的效率,同时也符合舟山海盐生产工艺的要求,为浓海水滩晒盐滩的设计改造提供了参考。The salt producing in solar salt - ponds was designed for the increase of influent concentration by concentrated seawater. The results showed that the main problems in nine step brine making process of concentrated seawater was solved and the efficiency of concentrated seawater salt producing in solar salt - ponds was improved by adopting six step process, adjusting the evapo- ration ratio, increasing brine protection facilities and crystallization area. It met the salt production requirements in Zhoushan and provided a reference for the design and transformation of salt produ- cing in solar salt -ponds by concentrated seawater.
