摘　　要：在我国推进教育治理体系和教育治理现代化的大背景下,如何完善薄弱学校委托管理制度建设成为我国优化教育资源配置,促进薄弱学校改造的重要任务。本文从准入与退出制度、评价制度和监督制度三个层面,审视我国薄弱学校委托管理制度建设中所面临的困境。在此基础上,提出制定完善的准入与退出标准,规范薄弱学校委托管理市场秩序;采用科学的评估指标对薄弱学校委托管理进行第三方评估,提升委托管理效果;加强委托管理监督体系建设,全方位落实委托管理责任等路径。Under the background of promoting the modernization of education management system and education management in our country,how to improve the low-performing schools entrusted management system construction become the optimize allocation of education resources,the important task of improving the low-performing schools reform.This article from the entry and exit system,evaluation system and supervision system scanning the entrusted management system in the construction of low-performing schools in China.On this basis,proposed to establish the perfect entry and exit criteria rules,standardize entrusted management market order;use the scientific assessment of the third-party evaluation index system to improve the effect of entrust management;to strengthen the construction of entrust management supervision system and all-round implementation of entrust management responsibility and path selection.
