摘 要:炮塔作为火炮的重要部件,其结构刚强度和质量对整个火炮的性能有很大的影响。为满足空降型火炮的轻量化要求,通过有限元分析发现某空降型火炮炮塔结构刚强度有一定的富余量,故基于结构优化方法对该炮塔进行优化设计研究。在多射角工况条件下,通过变密度法的拓扑优化得到炮塔托架主要传力路径,寻求托架材料的最佳分布;并通过尺寸优化获得炮塔护板厚度的最佳组合。优化后炮塔质量减少11.54%,且最大应力有所下降,达到了炮塔减重的目的。The steel strength and quality of the structure of turret,an important part of a gun,has a great influence on the performance of the gun.To meet the requirements for lightweight airborne gun,through the finite element analysis,it can be found that a certain type airborne gun turret structure just has a certain amount of surplus strength.Therefore,the design of the turret is to be optimized based on the structural optimization method.Under the multi-angle working conditions,turret bracket main power transmission path is to be obtained through the variable density method of topology optimization,seeking the best distribution of turret bracket material;and then the best combination turret shield thickness is to be acquired through size optimization.Turret quality decreased by 11.54% after optimization,and the maximum stress decreased,reaching the purpose of lightweight for the turret.
