摘　　要：家庭医生制度对于深入推进医疗改革、健全全民医保体系、构建合理诊疗秩序具有重大意义。在前期成绩的基础上,针对当前制度实施中存在的突出问题,根据家庭医生制度运行的基本规律与经验借鉴,上海应进一步优化、完善相关制度设计与实施,为医疗卫生和社会医疗保险事业更好发展做出应有贡献。Family doctor system has a great significance in further promoting medical reform,improving the health care system,and building a reasonable diagnosis and treatment order.On the basis of previous results,aiming at the existing problems in the implementation of the current system,according to the basic law and experience of family doctor system operation,Shanghai should further optimize and improve the relevant system design and implementation to make due contribution to the development of medical insurance and medical insurance.
