摘　　要：状态估计是电网能量管理系统(EMS)的重要组成部分。遥测估计合格率可用于衡量EMS系统中高级应用软件的数据源质量,提高遥测估计合格率是EMS系统实用化的重要环节。文中从电网模型维护、设备参数管理、遥测基础数据质量等几个方面分析影响遥测估计合格率的因素,并给出针对性的治理措施,可有效提高湖南电网遥测估计合格率。State estimation is an important part of grid energy management system( EMS). To increase telemetry data qualification rate of state estimation is an important link of practical application of EMS,which can be used for measuring data quality of application software in EMS. Influencing factors is analyzed from gird model maintenance,equipment parameter management,telemetry data quality and so on,and corresponding control measures are given to improve the telemetry data qualification rate of state estimation of Hunan power system.
