摘　　要：结合相关规范,采用SAFI有限元分析软件对某车装钻机建立三维有限元模型,得出在各种不同组合工况下受力单元的UC值,确定井架、底座及绷绳的强度、刚度,为钻机的结构设计和现场使用提供理论依据。This paper establishes a three-dimensional finite element model for one truck-mounted drill rig, combining with applicable specifications and using the SAFI software to get the UC values on the force unit in different combination of the con-ditions, which determines the strength and stiffness of the mast, substructure and guy rope, it provides the theoretical basis to the structural design and field use. The conclusion shows that the rig meets the operational requirements for structure strength.
