摘  要:矿井高温是影响生产安全的重要因素之一,针对矿井内部热量不稳定,且控制模型不易得到,设计了模糊PID控制器,并用Simulink软件模拟仿真模糊PID控制器。结合矿井局部降温工艺流程,应用S7-200PLC加触摸屏的控制方案,建立结构简单、性能稳定的控制系统,在实验室模拟矿井温度环境进行实验,结果表明模糊PID控制器动静态性能优于常规PID控制器。The high temperature of mine is one of the important factors that woulds influence the production safety. In this pa-per, according to the instability heat in the internal mine and the control model is not easy to get, the fuzzy PID controller is designed, and the fuzzy PID controller is simulated by the Simulink software. Combined with the technological process of mine local cooling, the control system which has simple structure and stable performance is established with the application of the control plan of the S7-200PLC touch screen, then experiment of simulating mine temperature environment in the laboratory is operated. The results show that the dynamic and static performance of fuzzy PID controller is superior to the conventional PID controller.
