奥美拉唑加用康复新液治疗复合溃疡的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨奥美拉唑加用康复新液治疗复合溃疡的疗效。方法将60例复合溃疡患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用奥美拉唑加用康复新液治疗,对照组单服奥美拉唑,对2组疗效进行比较。结果治疗后,治疗组较对照组临床表现改善总有效率(86.67%比63.33%),内镜结果(96.67%比80.00%)、大便隐血试验(93.33%比70.00%)总有效率均明显升高(均P<0.05)。2组不良反应均较轻微,且不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗复合溃疡有利于患者临床表现的改善,能促进复合溃疡愈合,不良反应少,服用方便。ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the curative effect of omeprazole combined with Kangfux-in liquid on complex ulcer.Methods Sixty patients with complex ulcer were randomly treated with omeprazole alone(control group,n=30)or in combination with Kangfuxin liquid(treatment group,n = 30).The curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group,the combined treatment with omeprazole and Kangfuxin liquid significantly increased the rates of improvement in clinical manifestation(86.67% vs 63.33%),endoscopic re-sults(96.67% vs 80.00%),and fecal occult blood test(93.33% vs 70.00%)(P <0.05).Adverse reactions were mild in both groups,and differences in the incidence of adverse reactions were not significant between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion The combination of Kangfuxin liquid and omeprazole,a convenient medicine regimen,can improve clinical manifestation,promote ulcer healing and reduce adverse reactions in patients with complex ulcer.
