摘　　要：大规模定制是21世纪新工业革命时代的一个重要的制造生产方式。随着个性化需求日益增长,数字化制造、信息技术、机器人、以及柔性敏捷制造技术的成熟,必将进一步推动大规模定制成熟及许多制造业的转型升级。目前的研究更多注重制造方式和制造设备,在工业设计思维、设计创新方面未有相应的理论和应用研究。本文通过洞察工业革命史与工业设计史历程入手,找到工业设计对工业革命变革背后的力量和本质,通过对工业设计思维的思考,剖析了大规模定制行业存在的问题,找到工业设计的解决方案。并举例说明了定制厨柜行业在信息化与工业化深度融合、标准化设计、设计入口等方面的研究与应用,因而具有一定的理论和应用价值。Mass customization manufacturing has been gaining recognition as an important production mode of the new industrial revolution era in twenty-first Century. With the growing demand for personalization together with the coming-of-age of digital manufacturing, information technology, robotics, as well as the flexible manufacturing technology, the transformation and upgrading of mass customization and many manufacturing industries will be further promoted. At present, the research is more emphasized on the methods of manufacturing and manufacturing equipment, whereas the industrial design thinking and design innovation receive much less attention. In this paper, the power and essence of industrial design was explored through the insight into the history of industrial revolution and industrial design. The problems and solutions of mass customization industry were analysed through the thinking of industrial design thinking. The research and application of the deep integration of information technology and industrialization, standardized design, design entrance and etc. in the customized kitchen cabinets industry was also illustrated in the paper.
