“国王木”木材识别及用材研究

摘　　要："国王木"不是一种树种名称,而是一类多为王室贵族所使用的木材树种的统称。笔者主要研究了6种具有"国王木"之称树种的科属分类,构造特征,性质及其利用。它们分别是赛州黄檀、蜜花黄檀、马达贝壳杉、婆罗洲贝壳杉、芩叶斑纹漆、烈味斑纹漆。国王木颜色艳丽,色泽饱满,花纹美观,是制作高档家具和雕刻品的优质材料。Kingwood is not a specie name of tree,but a general term of a type of wood species used by the royal family.The 6 wood species of Kingwoods as Dalbergia cearensis,Dalbergia congestiflora,Astronium flaxinifolium,Astronium graveolens,Agathis dammara and Agathis borneensis were analyzed in aspects of family classification,main structural characteristics,wood properties and utilization.Kingwood is the high-grade material for furniture and sculpture own to its gorgeous color,beautiful grain and aesthetical pattern.
