复方苦参注射液辅助化疗对晚期胃癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方苦参注射液辅助化疗对胃癌患者的疗效及不良反应。方法:对68例晚期胃癌患者按照入院顺序分为观察组(34例)和对照组(34例)。两组患者均给予化疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用复方苦参注射液。3个月治疗后比较两组疗效和患者治疗前后KPS评分,记录两组药品不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(44.12%)显著高于对照组(20.59%,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者KPS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组药品不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液辅助化疗治疗胃癌疗效较高,可显著改善患者KPS评分,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广使用。Objective： To research the efficacy and adverse reactions of compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy in the patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods： According to the order of admission, 68 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into the observation group （34 cases） and the control group （34 cases）. The two groups of patients were given chemo- therapy, and the observation group was treated with compound matrine injection additionally. After 3 months treatment, the curative effect and KPS score before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. And adverse drug reactions were recorded for the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group （44.12%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （20.59% ,P 〈0. 05 ）. After the treatment, the KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The curative effect of compound matrine injection combined with chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer is notable, which can significantly improve the KPS score and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and is worthy of promoted use in clinical practice.
