摘 要:针对草图设计过程,提出一种结合语音能量和创意拐点的草图设计知识分析方法.该方法通过草图设计实验采集设计师的口头报告,基于语音能量特征分析设计师的兴奋程度,识别草图设计过程的兴奋片段,提取兴奋片段的设计信息;基于创意拐点理论将草图设计过程划分成创意探索阶段和创意表达阶段,探讨设计师在不同设计阶段的知识调用特征.通过该方法与口语分析法的比较,说明根据语音能量特征获取的设计知识是设计过程中的关键知识,获取的知识变化能够代表草图设计过程知识的变化.对获取的关键设计知识进一步研究,比较设计过程中创意探索和表达阶段的关键设计信息构成,并观察设计信息随时间的变化规律.结果表明,设计师在创意探索和表达阶段的知识构成存在差异,且随设计过程的发展呈现不同趋势.研究丰富设计知识的研究手段,为设计知识辅助系统的开发提供参考.A method combining acoustic energy feature and creative segment theory was proposed to study design knowledge during sketching. By collecting designers' verbal protocols during sketching, their arous- al status was analyzed using the acoustic energy feature, then the exciting segments were identified and the design information was extracted. Sketching process was divided into creative exploration phases and crea- tive expression phases by combining Creative Segment theory, and the features of retrieved knowledge by designers in these two phases were studied. The comparison between this new method and the protocol a- nalysis reveals that design knowledge extracted by acoustic energy feature is the key knowledge during sketching, and the changes of the extracted knowledge can represent the whole knowledge changes. In fur- ther study of the key design knowledge designers' information construction in creative exploration phases and creative expression phases was compared, and the changes of the information in these two phases were examined. The results show that there are differences in designers' knowledge composition between crea- tive exploration and creative expression, and their knowledge development varies through design process. This research offers a new method in design knowledge research, and provides suggestions for knowledge- based system development.
