摘　　要：设计了一种箱式热压回火炉机械手,通过伺服驱动和PLC控制技术,可以提高设备的自动化程度和生产率,加以改装可以同时完成多工位连续自动控制。使用该机械手可以有效地减轻工人的劳动强度,降低高温及热辐射对人体产生的伤害。A kind of manipulator in hot pressing te mpering furnace was designed. Through the servo drive and PLC control technology, the automation degree and productivity of equipment were improved, and the multistation continuous automatic control could be finished after modified. Using the manipulator could reduce the labor intensity of workers, and reduce the harm to human body produced by high temperature and thermal radiation.
