摘　　要：目的:探究分析新辅助化疗对晚期乳腺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物及转移浸润相关指标的影响情况。方法:随机选取本院收治的64例晚期乳腺癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规手术治疗组)32例和观察组(新辅助化疗组)32例,然后对比两组治疗前后的不同时间段的血清肿瘤标志物及其转移浸润相关指标的变化情况。结果:观察组术后不同时间的血清肿瘤标志物及转移浸润相关指标均低于对照组,两组术后的评估指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新辅助化疗对晚期乳腺癌患者血清肿瘤标志物及转移浸润相关指标的影响较大,临床应用价值较高。Objective： To explore the influence of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on serum tumor markers,invasion and me- tastasis related indexes of patients with advanced breast cancer. Methods： A total opf 64 patients with advanced breast cancer were randomly selected and divided into observation group （neoadjuant chemotherapy group） and control group （conventional therapy group） with 32 cases in each group. Then compared changes in serum tumor markers,invasion and metastasis related indexes before and after treatment at different time points. Results： After treatment, levels of serum tumor markers,as well as invasion and metastasis related indexes levels of the observation group was significant loer than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Neoadjuvant chemotherapy shows significant effects on serum tumor markers, invasion and metastasis re-lated indexes.
