超声乳化术治疗对白内障患者角膜内皮细胞及泪液炎性指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究超声乳化术治疗对白内障患者角膜内皮细胞及泪液炎性指标的影响。方法:选取本院白内障患者58例,根据治疗方式分为A组(囊外摘除术组)29例和B组(超声乳化术组)29例,将两组术前及术后不同时间的角膜内皮细胞及泪液炎性指标进行比较。结果:两组术前及术后1、3d及5d角膜内皮细胞指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而B组术后1、3d及5d的泪液IL-2均高于A组,其他泪液炎性指标则低于A组,且均差于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声乳化术治疗对白内障患者角膜内皮细胞的影响程度与囊外摘除术无明显差异,但对泪液炎性指标的控制相对更好,因此其应用价值相对更高。0bjective： To observe the influence of phacoemulsification on the corneal endothelial cells and tear inflammatory indexes of patients with cataract. Methods： A total of 58 patients with cataract in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were divided into group A（extra capsular extraction group）29 cases and group B（phacoemulsification group）by the different treatment methods. Then the corneal endothelial cells and tear inflammatory indexes of two groups before the operation and on the first,third and fifth day after the operation were compared. Results： There was no significant difference in corneal endotheli- al cells of two groups before the operation and on the first,third and fifth day after the operation （all P〉0.05）, tear IL-2 of group B on the first, third and fifth day after the operation were higher than those of group A,and other tear inflammatory inde- xes were all lower than those of group A,but those were all worse than the results before the operation （all P〉0.05）. Conclu- sion：Phacoemulsification has significant effect on the corneal endothelial ceils of patients with cataract. The effect is similar to the extra capsular extraction, but shows better effect on control of tear inflammation.
