摘　　要：从20世纪80年代我国开始倡导素质教育以来,大量学者对大学生心理素质进行研究。护理本科生作为大学生中以女生为主的特殊群体,其心理素质状况更值得关注。本文就护理本科生心理素质的概念、结构、现状、教育进行综述,明确该领域未来研究的发展方向,为护理本科生心理素质的培养和临床护士的选拔提供参考依据。A large number of scholars study the psychological quality of college students, since china began to advocate quality education from the 1980s.Nursing undergraduates as a special groups of girls, their psychological qualities should be deserves more attention.This article reviews the psychological quality of nursing undergraduates on the concept, structure, status quo, education, clear the development direction of future research in this field, and provides some references for the cultivation in the psychological quality of nursing undergraduates and the selection of clinical nurses.
