货币国际化进程中黄金的作用

摘　　要：推动货币国际化是稳定中国金融和实现经济发展的唯一选择,而黄金的货币属性在其中发挥着重大的作用和前提基础,黄金储备作为重要的组成部分有着重要的地位。本文着重从国际货币体系分析货币国际化进程中黄金的相关作用。Talent is the important strategic resource, and key to the discipline construction, the optimization of teaching staff; improving teaching quality, development of colleges and universities. The introduction of talents is the effective way to enhance the school strength and competitiveness of colleges and universities. Introducing talents is surveyed through random 150 questionnaires among five provincial colleges. The 115 recycled effective questionnaires make questionnaire effective rate reach 76.66%.The conclusions indicated that： there is no significant difference on the four dimensions of interpersonal relationships, their own development, salary and benefits, work pressure; Marriage as a variable, there is significant difference on the three dimensions Of their own development, salary and benefits and work pressure; Teaching experience as a variable, there is significant difference on the three dimensions of interpersonal relationships, salary and benefits, work pressure, and the highest satisfaction comes from teachers who have more than 21 years＇ teaching experience, followed by teachers whose teaching experience is from 0 to 5 years; title as a variable, there is significant difference on the three dimensions of their own development, salary and benefits, work pressure, and the average of each dimension of professors is higher than that of associate professors.
