摘　　要：近年来研究发现,长链非编码RNA GAS5在多种肿瘤包括乳腺癌、结直肠癌、前列腺癌等中呈低表达,表现为抑癌基因的功能,在肿瘤的发生发展中具有重要作用,可作为肿瘤诊断、预后及药物敏感性的一种新的生物标记。本文结合国内外最新报道,对GAS5在肿瘤研究中的进展作一综述。Recent studies have found that long non -coding RNA GAS5 presents low level in the tissues of several tumors, such as breast cancer, colorectal cancer and prostate cancer, suggesting that GAS5 acts as tumor suppressor gene and is playing an important role in the development and progression of tumors. It is expected to become a new biomarker for diagnosis, prognosis and drug susceptibility. In this view, we summarize the latest progress, both domestic and overseas, on the advancements of GAS5 in tumor research.
