摘 要:目的观察姜黄素对实验性大鼠胃癌前病变Fas表达的影响。方法将60只雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组及姜黄素组,每组20只,对照组大鼠每天饲喂基础饲料,自由饮水;造模组采用综合造模法造模16周;姜黄素组处理同造模组,同时给予姜黄素100 mg/kg体重灌胃1次/d。所有大鼠实验时间16周,第17周处死,留取标本。用免疫组织化学法测各组大鼠胃黏膜Fas的阳性表达率。结果模型组Fas阳性表达率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);姜黄素组与模型组对比,Fas的阳性表达率明显升高(P<0.05)。结论姜黄素可抑制大鼠胃黏膜不典型增生的发生与进展,其机制可能与上调Fas蛋白的阳性表达有关。Objective To investigate effects of curcumin on expression of Fas in gastric mucosa in the rats with precancerous lesions. Methods 60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group and curcumin group. 20 rats in each group. Rats in the control group were fed basic feed and free drinking water every day. Comprehensive methods were adopted to make model for 16 weeks in model group rats. The same method was adopted in curcumin group rats,at the same time,to add 100 mg / kg curcumin gavage once/ day. The experiment time is 16 weeks,all rats were killed at the 17 t hweek. The expression level of Fas protein in the each group of rats gastric tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with control group,the expression of Fas in model group was significant decreased( P 〈0. 01). The positive expression rate of Fas protein of curcumin group was significant higher than that of model group( P〈 0. 05). Conclusions Curcumin can inhibit occurrence and progress of atypical hyperplasia of gastric mucosa in rats,its mechanism may be related to rise Fas protein positive expression.
