摘　　要：中医基础科学体系包含藏象、诊法、病机、治则、方剂、药物六大范畴,是中医学之魂。藏象学说是基础的基础,代表着中医的本质特点。先哲运用了哲学的阴阳五行方法,观察了与生命相关的30多项要素,综合了要素与要素之间错综复杂的相互关系,演绎为不同于西医基础科学体系的中医藏象学说。它的核心不是解剖及其功能,而是与生命相关的要素及其联系。它完整、真实地体现了中医天人相应观、整体系统观、动态平衡观,是人类科学发现、医学进步中无与伦比的独创领域,几千年来成功地指导着中医临床的防病治病。由于近代科学主义和哲学贫困的影响,藏象学说在误读和误解中严重蜕变,西医脏器的影子愈见明显,藏象学说形同空壳,基础科学体系分崩离析。实现中医复兴要以大科学观、大医学观为指导,重铸中华中医之魂。如此以来,中医的科学、技术体系自然纲举目张,条分缕晰。The basic scientific system of TCM contains six categories, including zang manifestation, diagnosis methods, pathogenesis, treatment principles, prescription and medications, which is considered as the soul of TCM. The theory of zang manifestation is the basis of the foundation, reflecting the essential characteristics of TCM. In the ancient, the philosophy of yinyang and five-elements method is applied to observe more than 30 life-associated factors, and the intricate relationships among elements are integrated, resulting in the theory of TCM zang manifestation that is different from the basic scientific system of western medicine. Its core is life-associated elements and their relations, rather than the anatomy and function, which entirely and truly reflects the view of correspondence between human and universe, the concept of the overall system and dynamic balance view in TCM. It is believed as an original development during human scientific discovery and medical progress, and successfully guides clinical prevention and treatment of TCM for thousands of years. Due to the impact of modern scientism and the poverty of philosophy, the theory of zang manifestation seriously retrogresses along with misreading and misunderstanding, and the shadow of western medicine organ becomes apparent. The theory of zang manifestation exists in empty shell and basic science system falls apart. To realize the renaissance of TCM, the big viewpoint of science and medicine should be used as guidance to recast the soul of TCM. With this, the science and technology system of TCM could make great progress with careful and detailed outline and analysis
