摘　　要：目的:探讨阿莫西林、雷贝拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗Hp相关性消化性溃疡的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:选择2013年4月-2015年4月本院收治的Hp相关消化性溃疡患者120例,根据治疗方法不同将患者分为研究组和对照组,每组各60例。研究组采用阿莫西林、雷贝拉唑及克拉霉素联合治疗,对照组采用奥美拉唑单药治疗。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、SDS评分及SAS评分。结果:研究组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用阿莫西林、雷贝拉唑和克拉霉素联合治疗Hp相关消化性溃疡具有较好的临床疗效,能够显著改善患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy and quality of life on combined usage of furazolidone,rabeprazole, and clarithromycin for treatment of peptic ulcer related to Hp,to provide evidence for clinical therapy. Methods： 120 patients with Hp-relaed peptic ulcer who were treated in our hospital from April 2013 to 2015 were selected and according to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into the study group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. The patients in the study group were treated with the amoxicillin, rabeprazole and clarithromycin, while the patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole. Then the clinical efficacy and SDS and SAS scores in the two groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment. Results： The total efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）; The SDS and SAS scores in the study group were lower than those of the control group with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The combination of amoxicillin, rabeprazole and clarithromycin has better effect on the treatment of Hp-relaed peptic ulcer with the improvement of the clinical symptoms and the quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
