精神分裂症患者康复期服药依从性和生活质量的对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨利伯曼综合康复训练对精神分裂症康复患者服药依从性和生活质量影响。方法:48例精神分裂症康复患者分为研究组和对照组,常规康复患者为对照组,研究组参加利伯曼康复训练课程。结果:两组患者的生活质量总分以及各维度评分相比,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组间的用药态度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参加利伯曼康复训练课程的康复患者在生活质量方面以及服药依从性均能明显提高。Objective To study the rehabilitation training for medication compliance and quality of life of schizophrenia patients＇ recovery. Methods 48 cases of schizophrenia patients were divided into research group and the control group, routine rehabilitation patients as control group, the team lieberman rehabilitation training courses,.Results Two groups of patients quality of life scores and compared each dimension score, the patients in research group were better than that of control group（P〈0.05）,which showed statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Lieberman rehabilitation training course can improve the quality of life in patients with rehabilitation and medication compliance.
