摘  要:为研究添加不同酸浓度的青贮玉米对生长育肥期杜寒杂交羊的屠宰和分割性能的影响,采用单因素完全随机区组试验设计,将32只杜寒杂交羊随机分为4组,每组8只,单栏饲养。分别饲喂经浓度为0%(对照组)、0.3%、0.6%、1.0%混合酸发酵的青贮玉米,饲喂期75 d,其中预试期15 d,饲养结束后将试验羊全部屠宰并测定屠宰分割指标。结果表明:各试验组的宰前活重、胴体重、净肉率与对照组相比,均无显著差异(P>0.05);各试验组平均屠宰率有高于对照组的趋势,但组间均差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组羊各部位的分割率间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明不同浓度有机酸处理的青贮玉米对肉用绵羊的屠宰分割性能无不利影响。The purpose of this paper is to study the effect of corn silage treated with different concentration of organic acid on slaughter and partition performance of Du Han hybrid sheep in growth fattening period. By single factor completely randomized block experiment design, 32 Du Han hybrid sheep were randomly divided into four groups, with each group of 8 sheep, and each sheep for a repeat. Sheep in each group were fed respectively with corn silage added with acid concentration of 0% 0.3% 0.6%1.0%. The feeding period was 75 d, including preliminary trial of 15 d. All sheep were slaughtered after the feeding period and slaughter and partition index were measured. Results showed that, Compared with the control group, the live weight before slaughter, carcass weight and pure meat percentage of treatment groups showed no significant difference(P〈0.05);the average slaughtering rates in the treatment groups were higher than that in the control group,but no significant difference(P〈0.05);the sheep partition rates groups had no obvious difference(P〈0.05).The test results shows that corn silage treated with different concentrations of organic acids has no significant effect on meat sheep slaughter and segmentation performance(P〈0.05).
