摘　　要：日本近代对外殖民扩张及军国主义的源起,起始于1874年的出军侵台事件,而其幕后的指使支持者是美国。"山原号难船事件"本为普通的海难事件,但在美国人的挑唆下,却成为日本出兵侵略台湾的借口。而日本出兵台湾,以为琉球民伸张正义为借口,实质却为切断中国与琉球的藩属关系,以达到最后"吞并琉球"的目的。Modern Japanese colonial expansion and militarism began from the event of 1874 military invasion of Taiwan,but its supporter behind turned out to be the United States. Shanyuan ship incident was in fact an ordinary shipwreck event,yet at the instigation of America,it became a pretext for Japan to send troops to invade Taiwan.Japan army landed Taiwan under the excuse of prevailing justice for Ryukyu people,while actually Japan aimed to cut the feudatory relationship between China and Ryukyu in order to reach the final annexing Ryukyu purposes.
