摘　　要：大力发展无人机已经成为世界各国的共识,我国军用和民用无人机在全球市场上均占据重要地位。通过对无人机全球专利进行分析,获得了无人机的整体专利申请趋势,技术发展的重点,各个国家和创新主体的专利竞争态势。研究表明,加强无人机全球专利分析,可为我国无人机产业政策的制定提供支撑,为中国企业进行技术发展决策和全球专利布局提供参考。The development of UAV has become the consensus of all countries in the world.China＇s military and civilian UAV occupy an important position in the global market.Through the analysis of UAV global patent, the patent application trend, the key point of the technology development and the patent competition of each country and innovation body are provided. patent analysis of UAV could provide support for the development of the UAV industry policy in our country, and provide reference for the technical development of Chinese company and the global patent layout.
