西帕依固龈液用于老年患者根管消毒的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究西帕依固龈液用于老年患者根管消毒的有效性和可行性。方法选择老年患者需要进行根管治疗的慢性牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎和牙髓坏死的患牙60例。随机分为西帕依固龈液组、氢氧化钙糊剂组和樟脑酚组,每组20例。患牙完成根管预备后,评价三种根管消毒剂封药后临床症状的变化。结果西帕依固龈液组封药后临床疗效优于樟脑酚组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其临床疗效与氢氧化钙组差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西帕依固龈液是一种适合应用在老年患者根管消毒的药物。Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness and feasibility of Xipayi mouth rinse used to elder patients with infected root canal.Methods 60 elder patients with decayed teeth and requiring root canal therapy were divided into three groups randomly.These groups were sterilized with Camphophenique（ CP）,calcium hydroxide（CH） and Xipayi mouth rinse,respectively.Pain incidence and pain index among groups were compared.Results The clinical effectiveness of Xipayi mouth rinse group was better than that of CP group,and there was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.The differences in the clinical effectiveness between xipayi mouth rinse group and CH group was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion xipayi mouth rinse is suitable to elder patients with infected root canal and can eliminate the pain in root canals.
